Job Responsibilities:

1. Mobilize and engage the community for program activities with enthusiasm and dedication to village development.

2 municate with target audiences and build strong customer relationships, with a focus on agriculture.

3 . Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, panchayat members, and local authorities.

4 . Conduct field visits, presentations, and workshops to create awareness and support beneficiaries.

5 . Ensure regular follow-ups and timely closure of applications.

6. Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for submission to the reporting manager.

7 . Stay in the assigned village/location (Nizamabad) and be flexible to travel to nearby areas based on program needs.

Provide ideas and strategies to enhance program effectiveness in agriculture, finance, and rural development.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Basic knowledge of agriculture

Robust communication and interpersonal skills.

Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and passionate about contributing to village growth and rural development.

Willing to travel within Nizamabad and surrounding areas.
