Role Overview:
As an Education Counselor,
you will be responsible for counseling prospective students, understanding their career aspirations, and guiding them toward the right learning pathway. You will own the complete admission lifecycle from the first interaction to enrollment and consistently achieve aggressive admission targets. This role demands a highly disciplined sales professional who thrives in a performance driven environment, possesses excellent communication skills, and has in-depth knowledge of the product and market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding GCC School programs and career opportunities.
- Drive admissions by achieving assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Make a minimum of 100 connected counseling calls every day.
- Conduct detailed career counseling sessions to understand candidates' academic background, career aspirations, and suitability.
