Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Customer Service Representative role based in Delhi, India. The Customer Service Representative will respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information on products, orders, and delivery timelines. The role includes handling order status updates,



coordinating with internal sales and logistics teams, and maintaining detailed records in company systems. Daily activities involve resolving issues promptly, following up on open requests, and supporting account managers to ensure smooth communication with OEM, ODM, and EMS clients. The representative will also contribute to improving customer processes, monitoring satisfaction levels, and escalating complex concerns when required.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in customer-facing roles, including experience as Customer Service Representatives and in general Customer Service functions.
- Skills in Customer Support, with an emphasis on timely resolution of queries and clear communication with clients.
- Focus on Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to manage expectations and follow through on commitments.
