Job Summary:

Responsible for maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, providing technical support to employees, and ensuring smooth operation of computers, networks, software, and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.

• Install and maintain computers, printers, networking equipment, and software.

• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and basic cybersecurity.

• Maintain IT inventory and documentation.

• Monitor network connectivity and resolve technical issues.

• Coordinate with external IT vendors when required.

• Perform regular data backup and system maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft are a plus.

Experience:

• 1–3 years in IT support/helpdesk.

• Manufacturing/plant IT experience preferred.
