Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and support enterprise virtualization and infrastructure environments.
- Resolve incidents and manage service requests while ensuring SLA compliance.
- Administer VMware, storage, compute, and networking infrastructure.
- Perform server, storage, backup, and virtual network troubleshooting.
- Manage tickets using ServiceNow and maintain technical documentation.
- Collaborate with customers, NOC, vendors, and engineering teams.
- Participate in on-call support and contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Virtualization, Infrastructure, or Managed Services.
- Hands-on experience with VMware ESXi, vSphere, VMware SRM, PowerCLI.




- Experience with Cisco UCS, Cisco Nexus, Dell VxRail, Cisco HyperFlex, Nutanix.
- Knowledge of SAN Storage, Enterprise Storage Arrays, Replication, Backup Solutions.
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, OSI Model, Virtual Networking, Compute & Storage Infrastructure.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.

Preferred Skills
- VMware VCP, Nutanix NCP, EMC/NetApp Storage Certifications.
- Experience in SLA-driven Managed Services or NOC environments.
