Hiring: Cognitive HR Delivery Lead – Resourcing (German Language)

Location: Bangalore, India
Experience: 16–18 Years
Language Requirement: German (B2.2 or above) & English

We are looking for an experienced Cognitive HR Delivery Lead – Resourcing to lead large-scale global HR service delivery operations. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in HR Outsourcing (HRO), HR Shared Services, Global Delivery Management, and Hire-to-Retire (H2R) processes, as well as strong stakeholder management and transformation leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead end-to-end HR Shared Services delivery across global Hire-to-Retire processes.
✅ Drive operational excellence, governance, SLA/KPI management, and customer satisfaction.
✅ Partner with global stakeholders and provide executive-level delivery oversight.
✅ Lead HR transformation initiatives through automation, analytics, AI, and digital solutions.
✅ Manage workforce planning, talent development,



and delivery team readiness.
✅ Drive financial performance, productivity improvements, and continuous innovation.

Required Skills & Experience

✔ 16–18 years of experience in HRO, HR Shared Services, or Global Business Services.
✔ Robust expertise in Talent Acquisition, Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Learning & Development, and Employee Lifecycle Management.
✔ Experience with HR platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or ServiceNow HRSD.
✔ Knowledge of Automation, Analytics, AI, RPA, and HR transformation programs.
✔ Excellent client-facing, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
✔ German language proficiency (B2.2 or above) is mandatory.
