About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our brand presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant social platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media trends, content strategy, audience engagement, brand communication, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective social media strategies.
- Create and manage weekly/monthly content calendars.
- Plan content including posts, Reels, Stories, carousels, and promotional campaigns.
- Write engaging captions and social media copy.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators for creatives.
- Schedule and publish content across social platforms.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience engagement.
- Research trends, competitors, hashtags, keywords, and new content opportunities.
- Track KPIs such as reach, impressions, engagement,



follower growth, clicks, and conversions.
- Analyze performance and recommend improvements.
- Maintain consistent branding across all social channels.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and social media trends.
- Content planning, social media strategy, and content calendar management.
- Robust communication and copywriting skills.
- Understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, keywords, and hashtags.
- Familiarity with social media management/scheduling tools.
- Basic Canva/design and paid advertising knowledge is an advantage.

Experience & Qualifications
- 0–4+ years of relevant experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, or a related field.
- Graduate / Bachelor’s degree.
