Role Description
The Event Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Event Manager will plan, coordinate, and execute events such as weddings, destination weddings, parties, rice ceremonies, and inauguration programs, managing timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships.



This role includes meeting with clients to understand their requirements, preparing event proposals, overseeing décor and logistics, and ensuring smooth operations on the event day. The Event Manager will collaborate with internal team members and external partners, supervise set-up and breakdown, and handle on-the-spot issue resolution to maintain high service standards. The role also involves maintaining documentation, tracking expenses, and contributing ideas to improve event concepts and customer satisfaction.
