We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle fusion HCM ORC Functional Consultant who can join our
team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth hands-on expertise in ORC modules, coupled with high level
technical knowledge and a proven ability to deliver end-to-end solutions in a fast-paced environment. This role
requires hands-on experience in handling the Implementation project for the clients and delivers work
effectively in client-facing scenarios
.
Skills & Responsibilities
• The candidate must have Implementation & Support experience on Core HR, talent & ORC Modules.
• Must have conducted client presentations and client demos on ORC modules to map solution
requirements for clients.
• Ability to relate product functionality to business processes and thus offer implementation advice to
customers on how to meet their various business scenarios using Oracle ORC.
• Ability to work with technical team in explaining the custom requirements.
• Experience in functional design documentation and functional testing & Regression testing.
• Ability to handle tickets independently as an Individual contributor and also lead the projects.• At least should have worked on a minimum 1 end to end implementations on ORC, Core HR, modules.
• Positive communication, presentation, and inter-personnel skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Oracle active Certifications will be an added advantage.
• Exposure working knowledge on Redwood and VBCS is preferred.
• Should have knowledge of the SDLC for Functional testing, SIT, UAT, GO LIVE and Postproduction
Hyper Care Support.
• Should have led or participated in CRP and or Requirements sessions to understand the business
processes and application flow.
• Understands the various documentation processes involved in Configuration RICEWF methodology or
any similar standards. Knowledge of OUM methodology documentation process.
• Should have conducted been part of training sessions for EUT
