Key Requirements

Experience: 1–3+ years in retail sales, preferably in high-end ethnic wear, bridal, or designer apparel.

Communication Skills: Solid interpersonal and conversational skills in Hindi and English.

Product Knowledge: Good understanding of fabrics, styling, bridal trends, and customer assistance.

Customer-Centric: Ability to build rapport, understand client preferences, and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities





Assist high-end bridal and luxury retail clients with personalized styling and recommendations.

Maintain showroom visual merchandising, stock presentation, and section inventory.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.

Achieve individual and team sales targets.
