Job Title: Drum Mix Plant Operator (DMP50) and Batch Mix Plant Operator (120 to 160 TPH)

First Posting: Malda Town, West Bengal
- Operate drum mix and Batch Mix Plant equipment, including monitoring and mixing process and adjusting settings as needed
- Conduct preoperation checks to ensure equipment is functioning properly and safely.
- Oversee the loading of raw materials and manage the production process to maintain consistent quality.
- Work closely with the quality control department to inspect each batch of asphalt mix and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on drum mix plant equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, maintenance activities, and any issues encountered during operation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.





Qualifications:
- ITI / Graduate / 12th Pass; additional training or certification in asphalt plant operation is a plus.
- Previous experience of at least 5 years in operating drum mix and / batch mix plants or similar equipment.
- Strong understanding of asphalt production processes and quality control standards.
- Solid understanding of concrete or asphalt production processes and quality control standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good teamwork skills.
