Roles and Responsibility
- Troubleshoot and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with other technicians to resolve complex technical issues.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failure.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest complaints.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Robust knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with hotel and restaurant operations is an advantage.
- Any graduate degree is required.
