Role & responsibilities:

If you can build a 3D scene and turn it into a finished, watchable video in Unreal Engine, Twinmotion, Lumion or 3ds Max we will teach you everything about construction. We are hiring your visual craft, not your industry background.

What you will do:

• Turn construction plans and 3D models built for you by our in-house modelling team into animated sequences that show how a building actually gets built: phasing, cranes, site logistics, temporary works.

• Build 3D site environments and cinematic camera work for bid and tender presentations.

• Produce finished, edited video paced, titled, watchable by a non-technical audience.

• Work directly with a UK construction clients pre-construction team; their bid deadlines are your deadlines.

• Take structured feedback from engineers and planners, and iterate until the sequence is both beautiful and buildable.

To be clear about the day-to-day:

This is not real-estate marketing rendering. The subject matter is scaffolding, cranes,



concrete pours and phased logistics and the video is judged first on whether the story is constructible, then on polish. If that sounds more interesting to you than another apartment walkthrough, you will enjoy this seat.

What you must have:

• 36 years producing 3D visual work in any of: Unreal Engine, Twinmotion, Lumion, 3ds Max (or similar).

• A portfolio/showreel containing at least one finished video made from your own 3D work. Applications without a portfolio link will not be considered.

• Robust scene-building fundamentals: composition, lighting, camera movement, pacing.

• The discipline to hit hard deadlines tenders do not move.

If your 3D work has been games, product renders, VFX or animation rather than buildings, say so in your application. Your scene-building and storytelling craft transfers directly. We will train the construction side.
