About the Role

Join our Software Engineering team supporting Milwaukee Tool, a global leader in innovation, quality, and industry-leading solutions. As a Senior AI Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining AI-powered platforms, custom AI Agents, and enterprise software applications that support Milwaukee Tool's digital transformation initiatives. Working within an Agile engineering team, you'll leverage Oracle AI Studio, cloud platforms, and contemporary software engineering practices to build intelligent, scalable, secure, and business-critical solutions while driving engineering excellence across the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom AI Agents using Oracle AI Studio.
- Develop enterprise software applications using Oracle Cloud technologies, including Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), Oracle APEX, and cloud platforms such as Azure.




- Build intelligent solutions leveraging Oracle AI, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher (BIP), VBCS, and APEX.
- Design and maintain scalable developer platforms, automation pipelines, and cloud-native engineering solutions.
- Collaborate within an Agile software development team and actively participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Work closely with lead developers, business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions.
- Develop and integrate solutions using Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, REST APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices to streamline application delivery.
