About the opportunity

We are hiring on behalf of a well-established boutique Architectural & Interior Design firm based in Gurgaon. We are looking for a Architect with 3-5 years of professional experience in designing commercial spaces

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative concepts for commercial interior and architectural projects.
- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and presentation materials.
- Develop design solutions that balance creativity, functionality, and user experience.
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, and detailing in line with project requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Participate in client presentations and communicate design intent effectively.
- Ensure projects are delivered within timelines while maintaining quality standards.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, technologies, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).




- 3-5 years of experience in commercial architecture or interior architecture.
- Experience in designing restaurants, entertainment spaces, retail, hospitality, and public infrastructure projects.
- Strong creative, conceptual, and visualization skills.
- Excellent sketching, presentation, and communication abilities.
- Thorough understanding of construction materials, finishes, and architectural detailing.
- Strong coordination skills with an understanding of project execution and site implementation.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Software Proficiency

AutoCAD |SketchUp | Revit | Lumion and/or Enscape | Adobe Photoshop
