Job Summary

Techshore Inspection Services is looking for a skilled, friendly, and well-organized Front Office Receptionist to join our branch at Mannar, Alappuzha.

The Front Office Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to manage front-office and basic administrative activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet clients, visitors, and guests professionally.
- Answer and manage incoming telephone calls and enquiries.
- Direct calls and visitors to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain visitor records, reception registers, and office documentation.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and visitor schedules.
- Receive and manage courier, postal mail, and official documents.
- Maintain a clean,



organized, and professional reception area.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding visitors, meetings, and administrative requirements.
- Handle routine emails and correspondence.
- Assist with basic office administration and documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for clients and visitors.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Any Degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional attitude.
- Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and computer operations.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently.
- Fluency in English and Malayalam is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
