The Recruiter will support end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing candidates from job portals and social media, screening resumes, conducting initial telephonic or virtual interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. The role involves maintaining candidate databases, scheduling and following up on interviews, and supporting offer and onboarding processes. The Recruiter will collaborate with internal teams to understand role requirements, maintain recruitment reports, and ensure a positive candidate experience. The position also includes learning and applying basic HR and recruitment best practices while meeting defined timelines and quality standards.

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills for conducting initial interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple roles, schedule interviews, and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes, with willingness to learn industry-specific hiring practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort using online collaboration and video-conferencing platforms.
