About The Job
Purpose of the Role
To lead the development of accurate, high-quality scientific materials for external and internal audiences,



ensuring alignment with scientific standards, medical strategy, and regulatory compliance. The Team Lead is a key contributor in coaching the team and ensuring the quality and timely delivery of various scientific communication material such as manuscripts, symposia decks, posters, Q&A; documents, and other non-promotional materials supporting HCP engagement, publications, and congress presence.

Main Responsibilities
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- On-time delivery of assigned scientific materials
- Quality ratings from scientific reviewers and Medical Affairs
- First-time-right rate and feedback from QC and regulatory review
- Accuracy and compliance with journal, congress, and internal style guidelines
- Stakeholder satisfaction (Science Hub, Medical, Regulatory)
- Mentorship and coaching support provided to junior writers

Primary Accountabilities
- Serve as the Single point of contact to the HCP Brand lead
