Role Description:
The Client Servicing Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for managing day-to-day interactions with advertisers and agency partners. You'll own a portfolio of brand and agency accounts end-to-end from campaign brief to delivery report. This is not an order-taking role. You'll be the person the client calls, and the person internal teams look to for a clear brief.

What You'll Do:

* Own 5–8 client accounts as the single point of contact for briefs, campaign updates, and problem-solving

* Translate client objectives into clear,



executable briefs for AdOps, creative, and data teams

* Track campaign delivery and pacing daily; flag under-delivery or performance dips before the client does

* Build and present weekly performance reports and quarterly business reviews

* Work with AdOps and the analytics team on optimisation calls,you'll need to hold your own on CTR, VTR, viewability, and CPM/CPI conversations

* Manage the commercial hygiene: IOs, PO tracking, invoicing coordination, and follow-up on collections

* Spot upsell and renewal opportunities in your accounts and bring them to the sales team

* Keep the CRM current call notes, commitments, timelines

What You Need:

* 3–5 years in client servicing or account management at a DSP, ad network, publisher, or digital/media agency

* Working knowledge of programmatic , you should be comfortable with terms like DSP, SSP, impressions, fill rate, and attribution, and know
