The Role
- Strong functional understanding of Deltek Maconomy Financials Hands‑on exposure to one or more of the following Maconomy modules:
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- General Ledger (GL)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Human Resources / Employees
- Sales Orders
- Timesheets & Expenses
- Contract Management & Subscriptions
- Reporting & Banking
- Provide L2/L3 technical support for Deltek Maconomy ERP.
- Diagnose and resolve application, batch, interface, and data integrity issues.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA)



and drive permanent remediation.
- Operate within ServiceNow ITSM processes for incidents and requests.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and XLAs aligned to WPP Goverance
- Ability to assess issue severity and determine appropriate escalation paths
- Experience owning incidents end‑to‑end until resolution
- Ability to validate transactional data related to AP, AR, GL, and projects
- Familiarity with Maconomy reporting outputs and reconciliation activities
Awareness of upstream and downstream data dependencies

Who You Are
- Experience working with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Experience supporting Maconomy in enterprise or multi‑entity environments
- Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management processes
- Understanding of SLA‑driven AMS environments
Ability to maintain accurate ticket documentation and status updates
