Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on DevOps + Tech Support Engineer to own production infrastructure for a growing healthcare clinic network. The role involves managing AWS infrastructure, databases, CI/CD, monitoring, and production support.

Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Cloud Infrastructure, preferably AWS.
- Experience with AWS App Runner, ECR, S3, CloudFront, and RDS.
- Hands-on SQL database administration with MariaDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
- Experience managing read replicas and database replication.
- Strong Docker experience with any orchestration platform such as ECS, EKS, GKE, AKS, or Kubernetes.
- Experience managing infrastructure deployed by a separate development team or external agency.
- Experience handling production issues outside business hours and participating in on-call support.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, secrets management, monitoring, and alerting.
- Healthcare, clinic technology, or hospital IT experience is advantageous.

Job Responsibilities
- Own and manage AWS production infrastructure end-to-end.




- Set up and manage read replicas for MariaDB and PostgreSQL to keep BI workloads away from production.
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for web applications.
- Manage secrets and credential rotation using AWS Secrets Manager and SSM Parameter Store.
- Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting using CloudWatch and SNS.
- Manage cloud cost governance and server capacity planning.
- Act as the first point of contact for production support across the clinic network.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, including weekend/on-call issues.
