Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily academic and administrative activities of the primary section.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate primary teachers to maintain high teaching standards.
- Develop and implement curriculum plans aligned with the school’s educational philosophy.
- Coordinate parent‑teacher meetings, open houses, and other community events.
- Monitor student progress, attendance, and behavior; intervene with support strategies as needed.
- Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and procurement for the primary department.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
- Foster a positive, inclusive school culture that promotes student well‑being and learning.
- Prepare reports for senior management and contribute to school‑wide strategic planning.
Essential Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification (e.g., CTET, State Teacher Eligibility Test).
- Strong knowledge of primary education pedagogy and curriculum development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi (both written and spoken).
