Designation: Client Relationship Executive (CRE)

Department: Client Relationship / Corporate Leasing

Reporting To: Client Relationship Manager

Job Summary

The Client Relationship Executive (CRE) will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients and national brands by understanding their commercial real estate requirements, ensuring timely communication, maintaining accurate CRM records, and coordinating with internal teams to provide suitable property solutions. The role requires excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills to deliver a seamless client experience throughout the leasing process.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain qualified relationships with corporate clients, retail brands, and expansion teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain regular communication through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.




- Develop long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and future expansion opportunities.

Requirement Gathering & Coordination
- Understand clients' business objectives and commercial property requirements.
- Gather complete details regarding location preference, area requirements, budget, frontage, parking, possession timeline, and other business-specific needs.
- Prepare detailed requirement briefs and communicate them to the Property Management and Business Development teams.
- Ensure all client requirements are clearly understood before initiating the property search process.

3. CRM Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system.
- Record all client interactions, follow-ups, meetings, property options shared, site visits, feedback, and deal progress.
- Ensure CRM is updated on a daily basis with complete and accurate information.
- Generate reports and maintain proper documentation for management review.
