About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and execution-focused
Junior Marketing Manager
to support our outbound marketing and lead generation efforts. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in B2B marketing who enjoys building campaigns, experimenting with new growth strategies, and contributing directly to business development.

You'll work across channels such as
LinkedIn, cold email, and other outbound platforms

Key Responsibilities




- Execute outbound marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, cold email, and other lead generation channels.
- Create compelling outreach messages, email sequences, and campaign content that drive engagement.
- Assist in building and optimizing lead generation funnels to improve campaign performance.
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns from start to finish.
- Experiment with new tools, workflows, and outreach strategies to improve lead generation efforts.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop campaign assets.
- Track campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements based on data.
- Stay updated on emerging marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications
- 1–2 years
of experience in B2B marketing, outbound marketing, lead generation, or a similar role.
- Robust copywriting skills with the ability to craf
