About the Role

We are looking for a high-calibre, entrepreneurial Chief of Staff to work closely with the Founder/CEO and help drive the company’s most significant strategic and operational priorities.

This is a high-ownership role suited for an exceptionally sharp MBA graduate with 1–2 years of experience who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, working across functions, and turning strategy into execution.

The Chief of Staff will act as an extension of the CEO’s office — bringing structure to priorities, driving critical initiatives, preparing strategic analysis, and ensuring that key decisions and actions move forward.

This is not a traditional administrative role. It is a highly strategic, execution-oriented position with significant exposure to business, clients, leadership, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Business Planning
- Work closely with the CEO on strategic priorities, annual plans, and business growth initiatives.
- Conduct market, competitor, customer,



and industry research to support decision-making.
- Build business cases, financial models, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth, operational improvement, and new business initiatives.

2. CEO’s Office & Execution
- Translate CEO priorities into clear action plans, owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
- Track critical initiatives and ensure timely execution across teams.
- Prepare weekly/monthly business reviews and leadership dashboards.
- Follow up with functional leaders and ensure accountability on key priorities.
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve problems before they escalate.

3. Cross-Functional Projects
- Lead high-priority projects that cut across sales, operations, finance, HR, technology, and other functions.
