Job Description
Asia Solutions is looking for a agile and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and experience in handling outbound and inbound calls. The role involves generating leads, following up with prospects, explaining our services, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain company products and services to prospective clients.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
- Follow up with customers to schedule meetings or close sales opportunities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when required.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience as a Tele caller, Telemarketing Executive, Customer Support Executive, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Kannada. Additional regional languages are an advantage.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Qualification
- Any Graduate or Undergraduate with relevant experience.
- Candidates with experience in tele sales, lead generation, or customer service are preferred.
