Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Packaging Material Manager to lead the procurement, development, and management of all packaging materials

This role will play a critical part in ensuring material quality, cost-efficiency, compliance, and timely availability across our product lines

The ideal candidate will bring a balance of technical expertise, strategic sourcing ability, and a passion for innovation and sustainability in packaging

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee sourcing, procurement, and inventory management of primary and secondary packaging materials (tubes, bottles, jars, cartons, labels, etc)

Collaborate with R&D;, Production,



and Design teams to develop innovative and sustainable packaging solutions aligned with brand requirements

Maintain strong vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness

Monitor market trends and innovations in packaging technologies and materials

Ensure packaging materials comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality benchmarks

Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls for packaging materials

Lead packaging testing and validation processes in coordination with Quality and Manufacturing teams

Optimize packaging supply chain processes to reduce lead times and improve efficiency

Maintain accurate documentation, including technical drawings, BOMs, specifications, and vendor records
