Technology Recruiter Niche & Senior Hiring
to join our remote India team.

We re looking for someone who knows how to find
passive, niche and senior talent
, uses multiple sourcing channels, has genuine conversations with candidates, and can work directly with clients to close difficult roles.

What You Ll Do
- Source creatively across LinkedIn, niche platforms, communities, referrals, databases and other channels
- Work on niche & senior technology roles across AI, Data, Cloud, Cybersecurity, IAM, DevOps and Architecture
- Engage candidates beyond the usual screening script and understand their career motivations
- Assess candidates for real fit, not just keyword matches




- Work directly with clients to understand requirements, calibrate profiles and drive roles to closure
- Own the recruitment process from sourcing to offer closure

We Re Looking For Someone Who
- Has 5+ years of technology recruitment experience
- Has handled niche, specialist and/or senior hiring
- Is comfortable recruiting passive candidates
- Doesn't rely solely on job portals
- Can have intelligent conversations with both candidates and clients
- Is curious, persistent and willing to experiment with new sourcing approaches
