Job Summary

Head – MEP Estimation (Mechanical) to lead its Mechanical Estimation & Tendering function. The ideal candidate should possess robust expertise in HVAC and Mechanical MEP estimation, tendering, vendor management, value engineering, and cost optimization, with proven exposure to Data Centre projects.

The role requires strong leadership of the estimation team while ensuring commercially competitive, technically compliant, and accurate bids for large-scale MEP and mission-critical projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Mechanical / HVAC Estimation & Tendering function for HVAC and associated MEP packages.
- Review tender documents, BOQs, specifications, drawings, design documents, and client requirements.
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for large commercial,



industrial, infrastructure, and Data Centre projects.
- Carry out detailed quantity take-offs, rate analysis, material costing, labour costing, and overall project costing.
- Estimate HVAC systems including Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Pumps, Cooling Towers, VRF/VRV systems, ventilation systems, ducting, piping, insulation, controls, and associated equipment.
- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Projects, Planning, Electrical, and Business Development teams during bid preparation.
- Float RFQs, evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Drive value engineering and cost optimization initiatives to improve project competitiveness without compromising technical requirements or quality.
- Prepare detailed technical and commercial bid submissions within stipulated timelines.
