We are looking for a proactive and communication-driven Business Management Executive to join our team and support business growth through lead generation, client communication, pre-sales, and relationship management.

The ideal candidate should be confident on calls, comfortable speaking with potential clients, capable of understanding client requirements, and able to coordinate with internal teams to convert opportunities into successful projects.

The role will involve managing the complete pre-sales journey — from identifying and contacting potential clients to understanding their requirements, presenting our services, following up on opportunities, preparing proposals/quotations, and coordinating with the project team for smooth handover.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and identify potential leads through calls, online research, references, networking, and other channels.
- Make regular outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements, project needs, budgets, timelines, and expectations.
- Explain company services,



capabilities, and project offerings to prospective clients.
- Handle pre-sales activities from initial enquiry through proposal and conversion.
- Qualify leads and identify genuine business opportunities.
- Schedule meetings, site visits, consultations, and discussions with potential clients.

- Follow up consistently with leads and prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
