1. Role Purpose

lead generation, market research, digital marketing, customer communication, and sales coordination

2. Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation
- Identify potential companies and decision-makers through online research.
- Build and maintain prospect databases.
- Support email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and telephone-based outreach.
- Follow up with prospective customers and update lead status.

Marketing Support
- Assist in preparing emailers, WhatsApp messages, LinkedIn posts, and promotional content.
