About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance our brand’s digital presence and drive high-quality lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a solid blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution across SEO, paid advertising, and social media platforms.

This role requires someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing end-to-end digital campaigns while continuously optimizing performance based on insights and data.

Key Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO improvements.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and gap analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize website structure, meta tags, internal linking, and content to improve search engine rankings.
- Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs and implement corrective actions.

Website & Content Optimization:
- Improve website performance,



usability, and conversion rates through continuous optimization.
- Create and optimize landing pages aligned with campaign objectives.
- Ensure all website content is SEO-friendly and aligned with brand messaging.
- Coordinate with internal teams or agencies for website updates and enhancements using CMS platforms like WordPress.

Performance Marketing (Paid Campaigns):
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI and reduce cost per acquisition.
- Conduct A/B testing for ads, creatives, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
- Continuously monitor campaign metrics and optimize for better CTR, conversions, and ROAS.

Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow company presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
