Role Summary
- The Senior Manager, GCC is a hands-on, technically fluent leader responsible for the performance, quality, and continuous evolution of Client's India-based finance and accounting team. Reporting to the Director of Accounting, the Senior Manager owns the end-to-end management of the India team's workload including task execution, prioritization, capacity planning, and timely, accurate completion of all deliverables across Accounting, Partnership Accounting, Tax, IT, Transaction Management and FP&A.;
- This role will supervise a team of 15 accounting professionals and support special projects for the CAO and other senior leaders.
- This leader must deeply understand the work performed by the team from bank reconciliations and the month-end close to LIHTC partnership waterfalls and tax engagement administration and be capable of stepping into the detail when required to coach, unblock, and assure quality. Equally, the Senior Manager will operate as a strategic partner to onshore leadership, communicating proactively and directly on deliverables, due dates, risks,



and expectations, and serving as the single point of accountability for the GCC's output.
- Critically, this is a forward-looking mandate. The Senior Manager is expected to accelerate process automation, explore and implement AI-enabled workflows, and build a culture of continuous improvement, scalability, and modernization positioning the GCC not as a back-office function, but as a center of innovation for the global organization.

What You Will Do
Operational Ownership & Delivery
- Own the India team's complete workload intake, prioritization, assignment, execution, and on-time, high-quality completion of all deliverables across Corporate Accounting, Partnership Accounting, Tax, IT, Transaction Management and FP&A.;
