ABOUT THE ROLE

Role Description: Scrum Master supporting the Network Security teams delivery cadence, team effectiveness, and operational discipline. This role facilitates agile ceremonies, helps remove impediments, tracks action items and deliverables, and supports cross-functional coordination to keep work moving smoothly. The position works closely with engineering, product, and business partners to improve team visibility, communication, and execution. The ideal candidate has strong facilitation, organization, and communication skills, with experience supporting agile teams and driving continuous improvement.





Roles Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Coach the team on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement
- Remove or help resolve impediments that impact team delivery
- Coordinate priorities, dependencies, and communications across engineering, product, and business stakeholders
- Track sprint progress, delivery metrics, risks, issues, and action items using Agile management tools
- Partner with Product Owners to support backlog refinement and sprint readiness.
- Foster a collaborative, transparent, and high-performing team setting
- Support organizational initiatives to improve team effectiveness, delivery predictability, and operational excellence
- Develop dashboards, reports, and metrics to provide visibility into team performance and delivery
- Support adoption of automation and AI-assiste
