Role Description
The Sales Assistant is a full-time, in office role based at the Clay by Lingaraj Granites showroom in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Assistant will greet and assist customers, understand their requirements, and guide them in selecting suitable products such as marbles, tiles, bath ware, and other decor items.



Day-to-day responsibilities include providing product information, preparing quotations, maintaining showroom displays, and ensuring accurate billing and documentation. The role involves coordinating with the internal team on stock availability, order status, and delivery schedules, while maintaining organized records of customer interactions. The Sales Assistant will support promotional activities, follow up with prospective clients, and contribute to a welcoming and professional showroom environment.
