Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and execute test plans for complex digital designs using MBIST (Model-Based Inspection Testing) techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects in hardware designs through thorough debugging and analysis.
- Develop expertise in scan insertion testing methodologies to ensure high-quality product releases.
- Provide technical guidance on DFT (Design for Testability) best practices to junior engineers.
Job Requirements :
- 7-8 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with a focus on design verification engineering.
- Robust understanding of MBIST (Model-Based Inspection Testing) principles and applications.
- Proficiency in developing test plans, executing tests, analyzing results, and reporting defects using various tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers etc.
