Job Summary

We are looking for a Email Support Executive to join our customer support team in Hinjewadi, Pune. This is an entry-level opportunity for freshers who are interested in customer service, email communication, and back-office operations.

The selected candidate will handle customer queries through email, provide accurate information, resolve routine issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries through email in a professional and timely manner
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and requests
- Follow standard processes and communication guidelines
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries
- Maintain accuracy while handling customer information




- Meet assigned productivity and quality standards
- Perform routine back-office and customer support activities
