Role: Banking Process Associate
Experience: 1+ Years of Banking experience is mandate
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Fixed Deposit accounts and banking documentation.
- Process reinvestments, partial withdrawals, fund additions, account transfers, and closures.
- Resolve customer account queries within defined SLA and quality standards.
- Perform KYC and document verification as per process guidelines.
- Support UK Retail Banking back-office operations.
- Ensure accurate processing while meeting productivity, quality, and compliance requirements.
Required Skills:
- 1+ years of experience in Banking/Financial Services.
- Freshers cant apply to this role
- Knowledge of UK Banking / Retail Banking processes.
- Understanding of banking products and account servicing.
- Knowledge of KYC and document verification.
- Valuable communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
