About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead our human resources function for a growing premium women’s fashion brand. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in fashion, apparel, retail, manufacturing, or a creative/luxury business environment and will be responsible for building a professional, high-performance workplace culture.

The HR Manager will manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll coordination, employee engagement, HR policies, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

· Manage end-to-end recruitment for design, production, merchandising, sales, marketing, operations, and corporate roles.

· Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality fashion and business talent.





· Conduct interviews and coordinate the selection process with department heads.

· Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.

· Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documentation.

2. Employee Management

· Manage employee onboarding, induction, attendance, leave, and exit processes.

· Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

· Handle employee queries, grievances, and workplace concerns professionally.

· Develop employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and team morale.

· Promote a positive, disciplined, and professional work culture.

3. Performance Management

· Implement and manage employee performance appraisal systems.

· Establish KPIs and performance expectations in coordination with department heads.

· Monitor employee performance and support managers in performance improvement plans.

· Conduct regular employee feedback and review process
