Educational Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Textile Technology, Textile Engineering, Apparel Technology, Textile Chemistry, Production Engineering or a related textile/manufacturing discipline.
Required Experience
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in Home Textile Manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience in bed linen, table linen, kitchen linen, bath textiles, curtains, cushions, quilts or other made-up home textile products.
- Experience in a home textile manufacturing/export company is strongly preferred.
Salary: 40,000 - 45,000 per month
Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of textile quality parameters and finished-product defects.
- Knowledge of AQL and inspection procedures.
- Root Cause Analysis and CAPA.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation and reporting skills.
- Team leadership and people-management skills.
- Ability to coordinate with Production, Fabric, Processing and Merchandising teams.
- Good communication skills and ability to work under production deadlines.
- Familiarity with OEKO-TEX, GOTS, GRS, OCS and other relevant textile certifications is an advantage.
