Role & responsibilities
- Develop, customize, configure, and maintain solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
- Work on Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, ensuring effective identity lifecycle and access management.
- Develop and maintain applications and integrations using Java.
- Perform troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution of technical issues across SailPoint and IAM environments.
- Work with Unix/Linux environments for application support, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.
- Support and maintain integrations involving CA SiteMinder and other IAM technologies.
- Participate in code deployment activities and follow established software development and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams in an Agile project environment.
- Contribute to application enhancements, defect fixes, and production support activities.
- Ensure adherence to development, testing, deployment, and support standards.
- Communicate effectively with technical teams, stakeholders,
and other project members.
Preferred candidate profile
- 3-7 years of hands-on experience in software development, IAM, and SailPoint technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, preferably SailPoint IIQ 7.2 P2.
- Very good Java programming and development skills.
- Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and processes.
- Hands-on experience working with Unix/Linux environments.
- Experience with CA SiteMinder is required.
- Positive understanding of code deployment processes and software release practices.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Extensive experience in technical troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge or experience with other IAM tools and technologies will be an added advantage.
