Position/Role: HCC Medical Coder
Location: Hyderabad
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Summary

As a HCC Medical Coder, you will be responsible for accurately assigning ICD-10 and CPT codes to medical diagnoses and procedures by reviewing outpatient and inpatient medical records. You will ensure compliance with customer and regulatory guidelines while maintaining a coding accuracy of 97% or higher within the defined turnaround time. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of US healthcare coding standards.
