Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality graphics and visual content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Design static posts, carousels, stories, advertisements, banners, website creatives, campaign assets, and promotional materials.
- Develop creative concepts based on client briefs, campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and target audiences.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, colour palettes, layouts, and visual language across all creatives.
- Collaborate with Brand Managers, Copywriters, Social Media Managers, Video Editors, and other creative team members.
- Adapt designs into different sizes and formats according to platform-specific requirements.
- Work on multiple brands and projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Make design revisions based on internal and client feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media formats, visual styles, and digital marketing practices.




- Contribute innovative ideas during brainstorming sessions and campaign planning.
- Ensure all final creatives are accurate, polished, and ready for publishing.
- Organise and maintain design files and project assets systematically.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of graphic design principles and visual communication.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Figma, Canva, or other relevant design tools is an advantage.
- Good understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, spacing, and hierarchy.
- Ability to create designs that are both aesthetically appealing and aligned with marketing objectives.
- Understanding of social media creative formats and digital advertising requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency.
- Ability to understand and execute creative briefs independently.
- Positive time-management and multitasking skills.
