- Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily bulk gravy and liquid sides (75 ml Primary / 100 ml Upper per student).
- Boil pasteurized milk, blend sugar at 6g/100ml, and monitor delivery temperatures (min 55°C).
- Control seasoning, taste consistency, and thickener/emulsion stability for transit.

Qualifications & Skills: 2+ years in institutional bulk liquid cooking; experience handling large boiling vessels and milk pasteurization checks.
