Role Description
The Area Sales Manager is a full-time, in office role based in New Delhi,



responsible for driving sales growth and market development for Mahifix division of construction chemicals, a brand of Nikhil Adhesives Ltd in the assigned territory. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing existing customer relationships, identifying and onboarding new clients, and promoting the company’s product range across relevant industries. The role involves planning and executing sales strategies, monitoring sales performance, and preparing regular reports and forecasts. The Area Sales Manager will collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and technical support to ensure timely deliveries, address customer queries, and support product trials or demonstrations. The position also requires regular field visits, competitor and market analysis, and participation in industry events to strengthen brand presence and long-term business associations.
