Role & responsibilities
- Government Liaison & Approvals: Act as the primary contact with local bodies such as Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC), Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC), Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA), and revenue departments for project approvals.
- Statutory Compliance & Documentation: Manage end-to-end documentation for project sanctioning, including obtaining Development Control Regulation (DCR) approvals, Commencement Certificate (CC), and Occupancy Certificate (OC).
- RERA Registration and Reporting: Handle RERA project registration, compliance documentation, and mandatory quarterly updates.
- Land & Title Verification: Perform due diligence on land parcels, including checking 7/12 extracts (satbara), title verification, NA (Non-Agricultural) conversion, and land record updates.
- NOC Procurement: Secure necessary No Objection Certificates (NOCs) from various departments, including Fire Safety, Pollution Control Board, Setting, Traffic, and Tree Authority.




- Liaison with Utilities: Coordinate with local authorities for securing infrastructure clearances, including water supply and electricity boards.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain proactive relationships with government officials to facilitate faster approvals and address objections.
- Real Estate : Draft, review, negotiate, and vet legal agreements related to property transactions, including sale deeds, lease agreements, development agreements, conveyance deeds, and other property-related documents. Manage end-to-end legal aspects of real estate acquisitions, leasing, and transactions. Conduct title verification and property document scrutiny. Coordinate with external counsel, consultants, and government authorities on real estate matters.
