e are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to manage end-to-end procurement for our Solar EPC projects, ensuring timely availability of materials at competitive prices and maintaining solid vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement of solar PV modules, inverters, structures, cables, electrical components, piping, fabrication materials and other project requirements.
- Identify, evaluate and develop reliable vendors and subcontractors.
- Obtain and compare quotations, negotiate price, quality, payment terms and delivery schedules.
- Raise and track Purchase Orders and ensure timely material delivery to project sites.
- Coordinate with Projects, Stores, Accounts and Design/Engineering teams for procurement planning.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor database, PO status and delivery tracking.




- Monitor material quality and resolve vendor-related issues.
- Support cost control and ensure procurement within approved project budgets.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in purchase/procurement, preferably in Solar EPC, Electrical EPC, Construction or Engineering.
- Good negotiation, vendor management and communication skills.
- Experience in ERP/procurement software and MS Excel.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet tight delivery schedules.
- Knowledge of solar/electrical materials will be an advantage.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
