? Key Responsibilities

* Acquire new customers and increase the overall client book size.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing HNI clients to generate business and referrals, including Domestic & NR customers.

* Cross-sell and up-sell CASA, Asset Products, Digital Banking, Wealth Management and Investment Products.

* Understand clients’ investment requirements and provide research-based investment solutions.

* Handle client queries effectively and understand their financial and investment needs.

* Manage client portfolios and provide suitable investment solutions and advisory support.

* Drive investment advisory business and achieve monthly revenue and business targets.

* Ensure high-quality sales,



customer service, and relationship management processes.

* Provide regular market and competitor feedback, including new products, pricing, and competitor activities.

* Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and increase wallet share from HNI customers.

? Candidate Profile

✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in Banking / Wealth Management / HNI Relationship Management

✅ Strong experience in CASA, HNI & Wealth Management products

✅ Proven track record in customer acquisition, portfolio management & revenue generation

✅ Solid communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills

✅ Good understanding of investment products and financial markets

✅ Ability to manage and grow a portfolio of HNI / affluent customers
