The Service Manager will be responsible for supporting customers and service technicians in resolving coffee machine-related issues. The role primarily involves troubleshooting problems over calls, guiding technicians, coordinating service visits, and ensuring customer issues are resolved on time. The candidate will work closely with customers and internal teams to provide quick and effective technical support and maintain good customer service. Key Responsibilities  Troubleshoot coffee machine issues over the phone and provide step-by-step technical guidance.  Understand customer issues and identify whether they can be resolved remotely or require an onsite technician visit.  Coordinate with service engineers/technicians for onsite service requirements.  Monitor open service calls and follow up to ensure timely closure.  Support technicians in resolving difficult or recurring technical issues.  Guide technicians during machine installations, demonstrations, and servicing whenever required.  Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.



 Maintain basic records of service calls, issues, and resolutions.  Maintain an updated inventory of machines, equipment, and materials required for regular service, demonstrations, and installations.  Identify recurring technical issues and share feedback with the technical team for improvement.  Provide customers with explicit instructions on machine operation and basic troubleshooting.  Follow up with customers after service to confirm that the issue has been resolved.  Support the team in maintaining good machine uptime and customer satisfaction.
