? Job Description
- Develop detailed
3D BIM models for mechanical systems
including HVAC, plumbing and firefighting using
Revit MEP
, up to LOD 400/500.
- Perform
BIM clash detection
, issue tracking and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Review project documents, raise and monitor RFIs, and maintain model integrity.
- Generate
quantity take-offs, schedules, construction and shop drawings
.
- Guide junior BIM modelers and ensure quality and BIM standards compliance.
- Support
BIM 360/ACC




for model sharing, issue tracking and version management.
- Create and manage
Revit families and templates
and contribute to BIM process improvements.

?️ Skills Required
- Strong hands-on experience in
Revit MEP – Mechanical BIM Modelling
.
- Experience with
BIM clash coordination and federated models
.
- Knowledge of
ASHRAE, ISHRAE, NFPA and IPC
standards.
- BIM documentation and modelling standards.
- Solid communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with
BIM 360/ACC
.
- Dynamo scripting/automation
